Your memory will live on forever, for the next generations, so richly earned, such a good husband and father, and good Soul..
While your memories were destroyed by Crippen Mortuary and dated of information loaded in 2017, that was simply not the case at all, this was all done in 2012. Crippen Mortuary lost and distorted all this information, and rebuilt it to the best of their ability. I am happy to see it has been recovered, and put back in some sort of very sloppy manner with all these incorrect dates.
This caused me great deal of grief for numerous weeks, I am happy to have these memories returned in some kind of way. Just simply inexcusable Crippen Mortuary. Just before Christmas happy to have been to watch and recall our Good times.,and memories.

Crippen Mortuary lost all your memorial, all the tributes and love that was sent to you, all the memories of a lifetime I watched this all the time. They have a responsibility to the Community and the promises they made. Just hanging up on people is just not acceptable at all.

Character Under Fire
Today, 7/5/17 I read a report on the impact of the Tet Offensive (1/31/68) seeking the location of mass graves throughout Southern Viet Nam. Its a humanatarian effort I started last Oct. so as to give the NVA/VC families (like ours) who had nothing tho do with this war, both solace and closure. In my research today I read the Action After Activity Report published by the USAF on the attack details and the immediate days that followed. For as many of these reports I've read, this was the first alteration to such a report and filed as the official part of the record. Chris obviously was a man of character and principle. The comments express in sympathy by those who worked with Chris confirmed that impression. I'm certainly glad you had made it back and had the opportunity to enjoy a loving family. God did bless you. My dear friend, my mentor. You were such a great influence to me upon my arrival at Tan Son Nhut, Air Force Base in the Republic of Vietnam in 1968. You took me under your wing and raised me up as a brother-in-arms, helping me to survive in a war a long way from home. Our time spent together back home in California afterwards was quite a hoot too. I am proud to have known you. Heaven is a better place with your arrival.

I have so many fond memories of Chris, Jo and the family. We had wonderful Thanksgiving dinners which were always so delicious. Chris carving the turkey and Jo's famous salads and her bistoe gravey. I remember those hot summer nights Chris and Jo would barbecue and we would be swimming late into the evening at the Quartz Hill house. Chris was a wonderful husband and father. We will miss him.
