We had the pleasure of meeting Tim during his time as CFO at Robert Mayer Corp. where we shared office space. Tim was one of those people you looked forward to seeing during a work day - always upbeat and genuinely interested in how you were doing. He was extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the realm of real estate finance. Yet, despite being so bright, he was willing to listen to others' thoughts & opinions. He was also willing to teach & share his depth of knowledge in a friendly, supportive way. Tim was one of the truly "good guys"... honorable, friendly, respectful, chivalrous and fun to be around. Tim, the man with all of these wonderful qualities, will be greatly missed by all those who were lucky enough to meet him. God Bless Tim King. Love, BJ & Lauren Delzer
