John Thaddeus Snee "Ted"
Ted, 71, died surrounded by family at his home in Long Beach on July 8, 2022 after his courageous battle with cancer. Ted a long time resident of Saugus was active in his community through Hart Baseball, Boy Scouts, Saugus High School Booster Club, and St. Kateri Catholic Church. He retired from the LAPD as Detective II with 35 years of service. After retirement Ted enjoyed traveling the world with his wife seeing countries on 5 continents. Hobbies also included cooking, making jam, fishing and camping in their RV. Ted is survived by his wife Lorelei of 42 years, sons Brian (Mara) of San Clemente; Christopher (Shelby) of Lakewood; 5 Grandchildren Mackenzie, John Malachy, Teddy, Finn and Rowen. Services will be held on 07/22 at 10am, at Saint Kateri Tekakwitha Catholic Church in Santa Clarita.
